Your Responsibilities
- Maintain the utility area in line with Uniworld and HACCP cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Organize and manage your tasks according to daily programs, schedules, and events.
- Ensure cleanliness of your workstation and carry out scheduled cleaning duties across assigned areas.
- Support mise en place tasks, such as vegetable cutting and prep work.
- Store and handle culinary and cleaning supplies per procedures (FIFO, labelling, recycling) and assist with stock inventories.
- Minimize breakage, recycle materials properly, and reduce food waste.
- Handle culinary materials and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and care.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment responsibly, reporting any defects or damages to the Executive Chef and Front Desk. `
- Assist with supply loading, luggage distribution, and end-of-season/start-of-season ship preparation.
- Contribute to team meetings, briefings, and the “up serve” guest experience approach.
- Comply with working-hour regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in trainings, safety and emergency drills, while complying with working hours regulations.
- Actively participate in assigned learning activities, training sessions, and mandatory safety or emergency drills.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English.
