THE OPPORTUNITY: CRUISE MANAGER
As Cruise Manager, you are the face of Uniworld both onboard and ashore. From the moment guests arrive until their final farewell, you lead the delivery of the complete guest experience, ensuring every aspect of the journey is seamless, engaging, and memorable.
Working closely with the Captain, Hotel Manager, onboard teams, and local partners, you oversee the successful execution of itineraries, excursions, guest communications, and special events, consistently delivering the high standards that define the Uniworld experience.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Proven background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or cruise industry.
- Strong knowledge of European destinations, cultures, rivers, and travel experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and local partners.
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and social media platforms.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional European language(s) are advantageous (e.g. German, French, Italian).
