Who Are We?
Service is at the heart of everything we do. We look for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and have a genuine passion for hospitality and talent acquisition. Forward-thinking, curious, and receptive to new ideas, our team members come from diverse countries, backgrounds, and cultures.
We embrace this diversity and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone belongs, feels supported, and has the chance to contribute personally. We want the real you – your strengths, views, and personality. We believe in making a positive difference, and that’s more than just what we do – it’s why we’re here. Our goal is to create a place where you can find meaning in what you do, be yourself without any restrictions, and reach new heights.
Your skills are vital to what we can achieve, so we’re committed to helping them grow continually. Whether it’s learning from challenging tasks or collaborating with different people, each day brings new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
• Work closely with and report to the Senior Recruitment Specialist, supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Proactively source and engage potential candidates using a variety of channels and strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
• Maintain and update our recruitment systems and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media activities and events.
• Provide regular recruitment reporting and insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
Your Profile:
• Higher education or extensive experience in an industry management position, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and nautical river industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Confident and solutions-focused mindset; thrives under pressure.
• Knowledge of German and Swiss visa regulations and application processes is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, or Dutch) are a plus — candidates with German language skills are especially encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with recruitment tools is an advantage.
You don’t find yourself 100% in the above but you still believe you would fit our team? Apply anyway! We would love to get to know you!
Additional Information:
• The position is home office based, with regular travel in Eastern Europe and Portugal. Therefore, preference is given to candidates based in those countries, but in any case within the EU or Switzerland.
• Due to legal requirements, we can only accept applicants from EU/EFTA/CH.
• We welcome both internal and external candidates.
