THE OPPORTUNITY: EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR
As Experience Director, you are the heart of the journey. From the moment guests arrive to the final farewell, you are their guide, their anchor, and their storyteller. Just like our award-winning Travel Directors on land, you create a space where guests feel seen, safe, and inspired.
You work hand-in-hand with our onboard leaders and local partners, supported by an Experience Manager, to deliver unforgettable journeys that reflect Trafalgar’s core values promise: Simply the best way to experience the world.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Background in travel, hospitality, or river cruising.
- Strong knowledge of European culture, cities, and history.
- Proven leadership and guest service skills in dynamic environments.
- Organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Skilled in communication tools (Office, briefings, social media).
- Fluent English required; other European languages welcome (e.g. German, French, Italian).
