Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning programs, training events and development activities across our Brands and external providers.
- Manage learning schedules, enrolments, records and logistics, ensuring accurate administration and effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide first-line support to learners, promoting learning opportunities and assisting with online learning platforms and technical queries.
- Support the delivery of onboarding, classroom and virtual learning programs by preparing materials, coordinating communications and assisting facilitators.
- Monitor training completion, maintain accurate learning records, prepare reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning services and processes.
- Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or talent development.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft 365.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong facilitation, and stakeholder management skills is an advantage.
- Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles is an advantage.
