Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Cruise Director in delivering onboard entertainment and enrichment programs.
  • Host, moderate, and coordinate guest events such as trivia, game shows, theme nights, and special activities.
  • Deliver daily announcements and support with scheduling and onboard communications.
  • Assist with the organization and logistics of shore excursions to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a visible and engaging presence throughout the ship, anticipating guest needs.
  • Collaborate with local partners and performers to deliver authentic, high-quality entertainment.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Cruise Director and Program Services team.
  • Participate in safety drills and ensure all onboard activities adhere to brand and safety standards.
Specific Requirements
  • Background in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or river cruising.
  • Excellent public speaking and hosting skills with an engaging and confident presence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of European destinations, cultures, and history.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are an asset.
  • Proficiency with AV systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work varied hours in line with ship operations.
