Your Responsibilities
- Support the Cruise Director in delivering onboard entertainment and enrichment programs.
- Host, moderate, and coordinate guest events such as trivia, game shows, theme nights, and special activities.
- Deliver daily announcements and support with scheduling and onboard communications.
- Assist with the organization and logistics of shore excursions to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a visible and engaging presence throughout the ship, anticipating guest needs.
- Collaborate with local partners and performers to deliver authentic, high-quality entertainment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Cruise Director and Program Services team.
- Participate in safety drills and ensure all onboard activities adhere to brand and safety standards.
- Background in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or river cruising.
- Excellent public speaking and hosting skills with an engaging and confident presence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.
- Good knowledge of European destinations, cultures, and history.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are an asset.
- Proficiency with AV systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work varied hours in line with ship operations.
