Your Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional service, anticipating guest needs and using personal touches.
- Provide concierge services.
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Purser/Hotel Manager: check-in/out for guests and crew, manage exchange rates, postings, billings, questionnaires, custom lists, guest preferences, excursion bookings, and payments.
- Maintain Front Office cashier, cash handovers, currency exchange etc..
- Prepare printed information such as daily programs, menus, and buffet signs, manage all digital communication channels.
- Handle IT devices and office equipment responsibly.
- Replace the Receptionis during holiday rotations.
Specific Requirements
- Handle and follow up on guest requests and minor complaints, escalating to the Purser when needed.
- Use guests’ names consistently in interactions.
- Ensure all guests and crew are onboard before each departure.
- Operate the onboard boutique: sales, pricing, showcase organization, and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily programs, menus, and other printed and digital information channels.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Front Desk.
- Participate in daily briefings, end/start-of-season preparation, and supply loading.
- Comply with working hours regulations and attend trainings and safety drills.
- Excellent computer and IT skills.
- Actively participate in assigned learning activities, training sessions, and mandatory safety or emergency drills.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, additional languages such as German, French, Portuguese or Italian are beneficial.
